Are your products medicines?
No. Our products are food supplements. Supplements are not medicines and are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Consult a specialist before use.

Yes. The entire Eco Arabia in Russia range meets halal requirements, and the HALAL mark appears on every pack.
How do I place an order?
Add items to the cart and continue to checkout. Your order is recorded, then WhatsApp opens with a prepared message — send it and our team will confirm availability and delivery.
Do you take payment on the website?
No. No payment is taken on the site. Every order is confirmed by our team on WhatsApp, where payment and delivery are agreed.
Do you work with wholesale buyers?
Yes. Submit a wholesale application — once approved you will see wholesale pricing across the catalogue and be assigned a named account contact.
Where do you deliver?
We ship orders to a number of countries. The manager confirms the available destinations and the shipping method when your request is processed — the route depends on the country and on what is in the order.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
The cost and the timing depend on the country, the weight and the shipping method chosen, so there is no fixed rate on the site. The manager will calculate delivery and give an approximate timeframe when confirming your request.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The production date and the shelf life are printed on the packaging of every batch. If you have a question about a particular batch, the manager will check it before dispatch.
How should the products be stored?
In a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, in tightly closed packaging. The exact storage conditions for a particular product are given on its packaging.
Where are Eco Arabia in Russia products made?
The products are made in Egypt. We work directly with the producers, without intermediaries, and publish the laboratory reports for the products in the Certificates section.
What raw materials are the products made from?
We use natural raw materials. The composition of each product is given on its packaging; for a specific item or batch the manager will answer separately.
